Terms & conditions

The agreement between you and Airsparow.

Last updated: October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of Airsparow.co.uk (the "Site") and to any travel booking you make with Airsparow ("we", "us", "our"), whether online, by phone or by email. By using the Site or making a booking you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Who we are

Airsparow, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Phone +44 20 3910 7552, email reservations@airsparow.com.

3. Our role as your agent

We act as a booking agent for the airlines and other travel suppliers ("Suppliers") whose services you book through us. We do not operate any flights. Your contract for air travel is with the airline and is subject to its conditions of carriage and fare rules, which may limit its liability and which are available from the airline. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Suppliers, including delays, schedule changes, cancellations, overbooking, strikes or insolvency.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. The person making the booking ("lead passenger") accepts these Terms on behalf of everyone in the booking and is responsible for all payments due.

5. Prices

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include all taxes and mandatory charges, unless clearly stated otherwise.
  • Fares are not guaranteed until payment has been received and tickets have been issued. If the price changes before ticketing, we will contact you before going ahead.
  • Optional services — such as checked baggage, seat selection, priority boarding and in-flight meals — are set by the airline and may not be included in your fare.
  • Any service fee we charge will be shown to you before you pay.

6. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only once we have received payment in full (or any deposit we have agreed with you in writing) and you have received a booking confirmation from us. Please check your confirmation straight away and tell us about any error in names, dates or flights.

We accept major credit and debit cards. All card payments are processed by Stripe on its secure payment page — whether you book online or by phone, in which case we email you a secure Stripe payment link. Our staff will never ask you to give your card number over the phone, by email, by WhatsApp or by chat. To protect you against fraud we may ask you to verify your identity before tickets are issued, and we may cancel bookings that cannot be verified. If we agree a deposit or instalment arrangement with you, the balance must be paid by the date we give you; if it is not, we may cancel the booking and you may lose your deposit and be liable for any airline cancellation charges.

Please note that the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to passenger transport services such as flights booked for a specific date.

7. Financial protection

Flight-only bookings where the airline ticket is issued to you immediately are not protected by the ATOL scheme. If you pay by credit card you may have additional protection from your card issuer; please check with them.

8. Passports, visas and travel documents

  • Names must match each traveller's passport exactly. Airlines and border authorities check these details, and most airlines treat a name change as a cancellation.
  • You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any visas or electronic travel authorisations (for example an ESTA for the USA), and any health documentation required for every country on your itinerary. Many countries require your passport to be valid for at least six months beyond your stay.
  • Check current entry requirements in the FCDO's foreign travel advice at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. We are not liable if you are refused boarding or entry because of missing or invalid documents.

9. Changes made by you

If you wish to change your booking after tickets are issued, we will try to help, subject to the airline's fare rules and availability. You will be responsible for any airline change fee, fare difference and tax difference, plus our amendment fee of £50 per traveller per ticket. Changes are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

10. Cancellations and refunds

  • Many discounted fares are non-refundable. Whether you are entitled to a refund, credit or voucher is decided by the airline's fare rules.
  • For refundable tickets, or where a refund of taxes is available, we will submit the request to the airline on your behalf. Our refund processing fee of £60 per ticket applies in addition to any airline penalty. If the amount recoverable from the airline is less than our fee, the ticket will be treated as non-refundable.
  • Refunds are paid to your original payment method once received from the airline, which can take several weeks.

11. Delays, cancellations and changes by the airline

Airlines may change flight times, routings or aircraft, or cancel flights. We will tell you about changes we are notified of, using the contact details you gave us. If your flight departs from the UK, or arrives in the UK on a UK or EU airline, you may be entitled to care, re-routing or a refund and, in some cases, compensation from the airline under UK Regulation 261. Claims are made against the airline; we are happy to help you.

12. Special assistance

Please tell us at the time of booking if any traveller needs wheelchair assistance or has other accessibility needs, so we can pass the request to the airline. Assistance is provided by airlines and airports under UK law; the service itself is their responsibility.

13. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, baggage and delays at the time of booking.

14. Our liability

Our liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, industrial action, government action or the failure of a Supplier. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

15. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and to give accurate information. Automated scraping and false or speculative bookings are not allowed. If a price is clearly shown in error we may cancel the booking and refund any amount paid.

16. Complaints

If something goes wrong, please contact us as soon as possible on +44 20 3910 7552 or at reservations@airsparow.com. We acknowledge written complaints within 7 days and aim to resolve them within 28 days. Complaints about an airline can also be raised with the Civil Aviation Authority or the airline's approved alternative dispute resolution body; see caa.co.uk.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site when you make your booking applies to that booking.
