Frequently asked questions

Answers to what our travellers ask us most.

How do I book a flight with Airsparow?

Use the search panel on our homepage to find flights for your route and dates, choose a fare, enter traveller details exactly as they appear on each passport, and confirm your booking. Our team reviews every booking and emails your confirmation and e-ticket. Prefer to talk to someone? Call or WhatsApp +44 20 3910 7552.

When can I reach you?

Our UK-based travel experts are available Mon–Fri 9am–7pm, Sat 10am–2pm (UK time), by phone or WhatsApp on +44 20 3910 7552. You can email reservations@airsparow.com at any time and we'll reply as soon as we can.

How will I know my booking is confirmed?

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your booking is received, and your e-ticket with the airline reference once tickets are issued — usually within 12 hours. Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven't heard from us, get in touch.

Are the prices shown the final price?

Yes — fares include all taxes and mandatory charges, in pounds sterling. Optional extras set by the airline, such as checked bags, seat selection or upgrades, may cost extra. Fares are not guaranteed until tickets are issued; if a fare changes before ticketing, we'll contact you before going ahead.

Is my booking ATOL protected?

Flight-only bookings where the airline ticket is issued to you immediately are not covered by the ATOL scheme. If you pay by credit card, you may have extra protection from your card issuer. We also recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

What passport and visa do I need?

Every traveller, including children, needs a valid passport. Many countries require it to be valid for at least six months beyond your stay, and some require a visa or electronic travel authorisation — for example an ESTA for the USA or an e-Visa for India. Check the FCDO's foreign travel advice at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice before you book. Airsparow is not responsible for passport or visa requirements.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

Airline tickets can't be transferred to someone else. Small spelling corrections may be possible depending on the airline; otherwise the ticket must be cancelled and a new one booked in the correct name, and airline charges normally apply.

What are the age rules for infants and children?

Infants are under 2 years old for the entire trip and usually travel on an adult's lap. Children are 2–11 years old for the entire trip. If an infant turns 2 before the return flight, they need their own seat for that flight — call us and we'll help.

What payment methods do you accept?
  • Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit or debit cards.
  • A secure Stripe payment link sent to you by email when you book by phone.
  • Bank transfer, on request for selected bookings.

All card payments are processed securely by Stripe — online or by phone. Our team will never ask for your card number over the phone, by email, by WhatsApp or by chat. To protect you against fraud we may ask you to verify your identity before tickets are issued.

How do I cancel or change my booking?

Call us on +44 20 3910 7552 or email reservations@airsparow.com with your booking ID. What you can change or cancel depends on the airline's fare rules. Airline penalties and fare differences apply, plus our amendment or refund processing fee as set out in our terms.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

We'll contact you with the airline's options. If your flight departs from the UK, or arrives in the UK on a UK or EU airline, you may be entitled to care, re-routing or a refund and, in some cases, compensation from the airline under UK Regulation 261. We're happy to help you claim.

How long does a refund take?

Once the airline approves a refund, it is returned to your original payment method. Airlines can take several weeks to process refunds; we pass them on as soon as we receive them.

What's my baggage allowance?

Baggage allowances vary by airline, route and fare type. Where available, the included checked bag allowance is shown on your search results and confirmation. Many economy fares — especially low-cost airlines — charge for checked bags, and hand-luggage rules differ by airline. If in doubt, call us before you fly.

When should I arrive at the airport?

We recommend arriving at least 2 hours before short-haul flights and 3 hours before long-haul flights. Online check-in usually opens 24 hours before departure on the airline's website or app.

Can you help with wheelchair assistance or special meals?

Yes. Tell us when you book, or call us at least 48 hours before departure, and we'll pass your request to the airline. Assistance at UK airports and on board is provided free of charge by airports and airlines.
